before becoming an AW Interiors Client
discovery call
step one
During this complimentary 15 minute phone call, we discuss the goals, timeline, and budget for your project. We will share more about us and our processes to determine if we are a good fit and answer any questions you may have.
consultation
step two
During this 90 minute in-home consultation, we walk through your home, take notes, and gather the information we need to prepare a proposal for your project. The consultation fee is applied to your project if we decide to move forward with a full-service design package.

step three
After the consultation, we prepare a detailed proposal that outlines the scope of work, suggested project budget, and estimated timeline. Once approved, you will receive a contract and invoice to officially confirm your spot on our calendar.

I. kickoff
We officially start the project during your kickoff meeting where we get to know you and your style.
II. concept
The conceptual design phase is where we set the overall aesthetic of your space to make sure we are in alignment.
III. design
Once the concept is approved, the plans are finalized. Finishes, fixtures, and furnishings are sourced.
Iv. management
We collaborate with your contractors and place all orders with our vendors and suppliers.
V. installation
Once your home is ready for furnishings, we oversee the installation so you can enjoy a big reveal.
